Bite Size Musings is my answer to not loving the social media game and not having the time (and frankly, interest) in long blog posts. So this is where I share info, tools, and strategies to help you nourish your whole self - mind, body, and spirit.

Mind

The mind-body connection is a powerful thing, and our most powerful tool in cultivating lifestyle change and a long, happy life. I am a meditation junkie and I’ll be sharing insights from my own meditation and reflective practices as well as how you can bridge the gap between being and doing, and cultivate a lasting mind-body connection.

Body

I am a geek when it comes to whole food, plant-based nutrition so you’ll find plenty of that here! Along with recipes, things I love about the plant-based lifestyle, fitness information and workout ideas.

My kitchen is my studio and my plate is my canvas, but not all are masterpieces. You’ll have the first peek at what new foods and creative food endeavors are making it onto my Favorites list, and what’s not for me.

I teach what I need, so posts here will be peppered with recent research findings and many insights from my WFPB Team because if we don’t KNOW better, we can’t DO better.

Spirit

We’re all on our own path and finding the way that works best for us. I honor your journey and where you’re at. I also honor who you’re becoming. In that spirit, I’ll also be sharing what’s lighting me up and what’s bringing me joy, peace, and moments of serenity in what feels like a time of true awakening and reckoning in our world. I am here for it. And I am also here to support you and share with you as we learn to navigate this together.
