Reclaim YOU

Like all great stories, the creation of Reclaim Your Body, Rewrite Your Stories comes with a twist. I thought I was serving the woman who is ready to crack open, to rekindle her relationship to Self and her body, to take the first step in Reclaiming all she is. 

I always seem to teach exactly what I need to learn so of course this was no different. About mid-way through the creation process, I realized I also created it for me. 

I created Reclaim Your Body, Rewrite Your Stories for the me of 10 years ago who was reading diet books like mad, trying the latest supplement, and doing everything she could to make her body 'fit'. 

The me of 5 years ago who was deep in the trenches of new motherhood and a dismantling of all that she knew to be true of the feminine story. 

The me of last year who was re-learning to use her voice, set boundaries, and find out what was true for her. 

The me of today who still has so much to learn and continues to evolve her understanding. But who knows that her path always begins here  where her greatest and most true source of wisdom lies. 

This is for the woman who 

desires a new, peaceful way of being in her body
desires freedom from endless dieting and a renewed relationship to her body
is ready to increase her body confidence and acceptance
is ready to expand her self-awareness and meet herself with compassion
is feeling drained and depleted by the constant 'seeking'
is finally done with diet cycling and silver-bullet programs

This is for all of us. 

For the women who are ready, and the women who aren't yet. 
For the women who feel the call, the urge, and the women that don't yet.
For the women who are ready to live authentically and discover their own truth so that they may elevate those around them and hold them in their own compassionate, understanding, and strengthened arms. 
For the women who see a more balanced, aligned future and are ready for the path forward - so we can balance and reclaim it for all of us.
