In this transformative workshop series, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

This workshop will:

  • Equip you with natural methods to support hormone balance, including nutrition, lifestyle changes, and stress navigation techniques, facilitating a sustainable and enjoyable approach to long-term health.

  • Provide insights into the intricate relationship between hormones and overall well-being, essential for identifying, navigating, managing, and maintaining hormonal balance.

  • Provide practical tools, strategies, assessments, and practices to create a custom blueprint around mindfulness and self-care that fits your lifestyle and needs. This personalized and sustainable path forward is crucial for improved energy and long-term vitality.

Workshop Details

This workshop consists of 3 interactive classes led by me, Emma Mulvany, Women’s (W)holistic Wellness Mentor and Educator.

Through engaging discussions, reflective exercises, and practical tools, you'll gain valuable knowledge and skills to transform your relationship with your body and hormones.

This is a 3-part workshop series taking place across 3 days:

  • Experienced Educator: As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Online Health Coach, and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with experience serving women 30-60+, I bring a unique approach and passion to my classes that make them feel more like a warm hug or dose of self-care than a strictly educational experience. 

  • Holistic Approach: I believe in addressing hormone health from a holistic perspective, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
